Loyola Polytechnic (YSRR), Pulivendla is a Minority Institution which is primarily (50% of seats) meant for Christian students. As per the present admission policy, 50% of the seats are under minority quota and rest of the seats will be filled by the Government as per the norms of reservations in force. The seats under minority quota will be filled by merit in the qualifying examination.

Selection of candidates is governed by the Rules and regulations laid down in this regard from time to time. Candidates who wish to seek admission in any of the diploma courses will have to appear for common entrance examination (POLYCET) conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Only the candidates satisfying the following requirements will be eligible to appear for the common entrance examination (POLYCET).
